The agreement

These terms are between you and SecureX360, Inc. (“SecureX360”, “we”) and apply to securex360.com and its subdomains (the “site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Access to the SecureX360 platform, including early-access and pilot programs, is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read and link to what we publish, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. You may not:

  • Copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site or its articles, in any medium, without our written permission.
  • Use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it, or attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not intentionally made public.
  • Scrape the site at a rate or in a manner that burdens it, or use its content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without our permission (our llms.txt states what is permitted).
  • Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or submit anything unlawful, deceptive or malicious.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in anything we run, we want to hear about it: see our security.txt. Good-faith security research that follows it will not be treated as a breach of these terms.

Our content and trademarks

The text, graphics, code and design of the site are owned by SecureX360 or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. SecureX360, the SecureX360 mark and the X360 logo are trademarks of SecureX360, Inc.; other names on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

Articles on the blog describe security practices and standards as we understand them at the time of writing. They are information, not advice for your particular systems, and they do not create a professional relationship with us.

Third-party links

The site links to sources, standards bodies and other sites we do not control. Those links are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

Privacy

How we handle personal data on the site is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureX360 and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent the law permits.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SecureX360, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws where you live.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
